- The client sends us the job description
- We may set up a call to go through the profile and the specific requirements
- We will search within our database and publish the position on the right portals.
- We do a preselection for possible interviews.
- We carry out the first interviews and present a brief report of the shortlisted candidates.
- The client can interview the shortlisted candidates.
- Once selected, we take care of all formalities, including job offer and contract signing.
- The candidate is ready to start!
- We manage the entire payroll and benefits for these international employees or independent contractors.
