  2. We may set up a call to go through the profile and the specific requirements
  3. We will search within our database and publish the position on the right portals.
  4. We do a preselection for possible interviews.
  5. We carry out the first interviews and present a brief report of the shortlisted candidates.
  6. The client can interview the shortlisted candidates.
  7. Once selected, we take care of all formalities, including job offer and contract signing.
  8. The candidate is ready to start!
  9. We manage the entire payroll and benefits for these international employees or independent contractors.
